Delphi Resort Food & Drink Event Series Continues with Seafood Appreciation Evening

Continuing the Delphi Resort Food & Drink Event Series a Seafood Appreciation Evening with Gannet Fishmongers will take place in 814 Restaurant on Friday September 2nd.

On the night, guests will be treated to:

– Drinks reception with Prosecco and ‘bites from the sea’ in the 814 Bar

– 5 Course Dinner in the 814 Restaurant, featuring the best of local fish and shellfish

– 5 glasses of wine, one with each course

Starting from 7pm, the evening will be hosted by Stephane Griesback of Gannet Fishmongers.

Starting in May, the second Food and Drink Event Series this year folows successful first edition in 2015. The series sees culinary events taking place monthly up until year end total of the year, held at different dining outlets within Delphi Resort in 2016.

The series is perfect for culinary lovers or those simply looking to enjoy a great evening of food, drink and entertainment. With a focus on local foods and suppliers, the series also offers a few twists, with everything from a Spanish Evening to an Artisan craft beer event.

The series is led by Delphi Resort’s Executive Head Chef Stefan Matz who will work in conjunction with a specialist for each event to deliver guests with a unique experience around food and drink. Guests will enjoy delicious food and drink while learning about where it is sourced, how it is prepared and what drinks were chosen to accompany the dishes.

Tickets are €75 per person and are available for sale at Numbers are restricted for the event and early booking is highly recommended to avoid disappointment.
