If you have a sweet tooth, enjoy treats such as Vegan Banana Bread served with coconut cream, berry maple compote and homemade almond butter or an Acai Bowl with coconut granola, fruit, flowers and mint leaf.
The weekend brunch menu features additional dishes including Eggs Benedict with spinach, crispy serrano ham, jalapeno hollandaise and homemade bubble waffle. There are also Vegan Waffles with coconut whip, mixed fruit and seeds, chia jam, vanilla syrup and cashew butter – divine!
You can also enjoy a vitamin-packed juice shot to set you up for the day. Try the Defender Shot with ginger, lemon and cayenne – perfect for fighting off colds this Winter, or the Immunity with turmeric, orange, cayenne and black pepper.
For lunch, choose from a range of healthy salads including the Vegan Rainbow Salad, a multicoloured plate of veggies with toasted almonds and sweet tahini dressing, or the Post Workout served with spinach, chicken, roasted sweet potato, red onion, peppers, sweetcorn and honey mustard dressing.
Most of the dishes on the menu at Póg are gluten free, low GI and low fat and sugar, all without compromising on flavour. For drinks that look as good as they taste, try Póg’s colourful cups of Pink Beet Latté, Blue Algae Latté and Turmeric Latté.
