Delicious Oat Pancakes Recipe from Dr. Coy’s

These oat pancakes make a delicious and more importantly a very nutritious breakfast.  Easy to make – just mix, pour, flip and eat…

Ingredients
  

  • 300 ml milk of your choice we use 200ml buttermilk, 100ml regular
  • 150 g oats
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a blender to a pourable consistency,
  • Pour 4 10-12cm pools of batter and fry on low-medium heat with butter until golden brown. Best results come from partially panfrying each side twice.
  • Serve with Dr.Coy’s Stevia and a squeeze of fresh lemon.
