Here is my super easy recipe for creamy coconut porridge with figs and blueberries.
Full of fiber, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Rich, hearty, comforting bowl of deliciousness – the best way to start your morning and fuel you up for the day.
– 50g oats
– 5g chia seeds
– 15g sunflower seeds
– 10g desiccated coconut
– pinch of salt
– 1/2 tsp. vanilla paste (optional)
– 250ml (1cup) Alpro coconut & almond milk
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
2. Cook for 5-10 mins in a pot or heat up in a microwave until cooked.
3. Serve with fresh figs and blueberries
