Christmas Crafts & Festive Fun for all at The Teeling Whiskey Distillery

Dublin’s Newest Distillery to Host an Indoor Christmas Craft Fair

 The Teeling Whiskey Distillery will host an exclusive Christmas Craft Fair celebrating the excellence of Ireland’s artisan community on Saturday, 5th December, from 11am-5pm.

With eleven popular Irish brands set to take part in the festive showcase including some of Teeling’s own exciting food collaborations, visitors can expect an enticing host of palate pleasing offerings as well as a carefully curated selection of interior, fashion and artistic gems to choose from.

A deliciously unique ingredient essential for Christmas cooking this year, The Oriel Sea Salt Company and the Teeling Whiskey Company have teamed up to produce an aromatic Irish whiskey smoked sea salt which guests can sample and purchase at the fair. Visitors will also be able to indulge in and purchase the perfect pudding as Ireland’s favourite family bakers Mannings have created a Teeling Small Batch Whiskey Christmas pudding range. The wonderful taste of Jamaican cooking with a difference will also be on offer to Dublin’s food lovers thanks to Munroes who will be sampling and selling their Teeling Whiskey flavoured jerk sauce.
Specialists in seasonal preserves, The Purple Pantry will be showcasing and sampling their selection of Teeling Whiskey marmalades. Deliciously distinctive flavours available include Teeling Poitín and Lemon and Teeling Small Batch and Orange. Hanlon’s Smokehouse, a traditional Dublin based smokehouse, will be selling its fresh salmon range which is smoked with the signature taste of Teeling small batch Whiskey. For those who look forward to the traditional full Irish breakfast experience, Jack McCarthy’s Butchers who won ‘Best in Ireland’ at the 2015 Craft Butchers Awards, will be giving guests a taste of their infamous Teeling Whiskey smoked pudding and black bacon rashers. Adding the sweetest touch to the experience, The Dublin Honey Project will be sampling and selling some of their mouth-watering honey which is produced in Dublin 1 and Dublin 4.

Crisp lovers are also in for a treat as Keoghs will be giving guests a taste of their brand new and exclusive range. Available in limited edition for the festive period only, Keogh’s Roast Turkey & Secret Stuffing potato crisps are the ultimate Christmas indulgence. Producers of premium cheddars and soft cheeses made with local organic ingredients of the highest quality, The Little Milk Company will be sampling at the Christmas Craft Fair and selling Christmas hampers designed for cheese fanatics. Glastry Farm are going to be showcasing, sampling and selling their ever popular creamy Teeling Whiskey ice cream – a huge favourite amongst visitors to the distillery!

April and the Bear, a quirky online lifestyle and homewares emporium will be showcasing an exciting array of gift ideas including funky jewellery, contemporary art, and a plethora of scandi-chic festive décor.  Founders of Dublin’s community easy access screen print studio,Damn Fine Print will be carrying out live printing of tote bags perfect for those who love to receive gifts with a personal touch. As well as this, they will also be selling limited edition festive prints guaranteed to add a touch of creativity to any home this festive season.
