Then for the main course, a choice of slow-cooked  Jacob’s ladder of Angus beef with madeira reduction, glazed heritage carrots and shallot crumb; or  almond and herb crusted sea bass fillet with roasted squash purée, pickled fennel and saffron sauce.  Seasonal greens with salsa verde and potato and celeriac gratin complete the feast. And for dessert, you  can enjoy a delicious white and dark chocolate mousse served in a Valrhona chocolate shell with  raspberry crisp, pistachio praline and red berry drizzle to share, along with chocolate heart petits fours.
