Newly Opened Tartare in Galway is Launching a Brunch Menu and We Can’t Wait to Try it

We have some good news to take you through the end of January and kick start your February, with one of the hottest new openings about to upgrade our weekends. Newly opened Galway café and wine bar, Tartare, has announced that they’ll be offering a brunch menu from Sunday, February 4th.

The menu features an enviable selection of food, drinks and snacks, with the drinks menu including Cava Mimosas, Dingle Gin & Elderflower Mojitos, Dingle Vodka with Beetroot and Cucumber, and Connemara Whiskey with Apple and Seaweed Sour.

You can also snack on a Cheese Scone with Fermented Butter and a Cheese & Sheep’s Yoghurt Tart before indulging in your main treat.

While Tartare are offering traditional classics like poached eggs, granola and pancakes, they’ve got an irresistible twist, with sheep’s yoghurt and seaweed hollandaise making the menu.

You can also grab small plates of Dooncastle Oysters and Beef Tartare if you still have some room left over.

Inspired by a trip to Copenhagen, JP McMahon and his partner Drigín Gaffey decided to embrace the move towards casual dining and open Tartare cross from Michelin starred Aniar, joining Cava Bodega to round out a trio of eateries to cater to all tastes and budgets.

This exciting Brunch at Tartare is kicking off on Sunday, February 4th. To read our review of Tartare, click here.
