Brasserie on the Corner Celebrates the Galway Food Festival with Special Dinner on April 13th
Galway’s upscale casual dining restaurant, Brasserie on the Corner, is celebrating the Galway Food Festival with “A Taste of Brasserie on the Corner”, a special menu available for limited time only.
Guests will savour a specially selected five course dinner that will give them a taster of the restaurant’s new spring menu, created by recently appointed Head Chef David O’ Donnell and complimented by paired wines from Nicholson wines.
The five course meal, including the wine pairings is priced at €70 per person. Brasserie on the Corner has earned praise for their use of local producers, some of which will feature on the evening’s course, for example; Andarl Farm, Gannet Fishmongers, Aran Island’s goats cheese and Achill Oysters.
