We have some great news that is sure to kick off your weekend in style. Brunch is back at the The Intercontinental Dublin, and this time it’s bottomless. There’s no better way to spend a lazy Sunday afternoon than feasting on delicious food with a cocktail in hand and this brunch is one to add to your list!
Executive Chef Alberto Rossi and his team have created an expert menu consisting of Sunday favourites such as Grilled Bone-in Rib Eye, Corn-Fed Chicken or Lamb Rump.
Diners can also enjoy delights such as Cajun Spiced Squid, Buttermilk Chicken Tenders with Coriander Rice and Mint Yogurt, Scrumptious Belgian Waffle with Fresh Berries, Vanilla Whipped Cream, Maple Syrup and Crispy Bacon, or Pulled Pork with Apple on Toasted Brioche.
Desserts include Raspberry Cheesecake with Honeycomb, fresh Bombolini with butterscotch sauce, or the mouthwatering fried oreos with warm chocolate sauce (yum!).
If you’re not already sold, you can wash down the five-star brunch with a choice of bottomless Perrier-Jouet Grand Brut, refreshing Bellinis, Mimosas, Prosecco and Absolut Bloody Marys.
