Bonac 24 Gin Gets Glamorous at Official Launch with Brunch After Hours

Yesterday 31st of May, the rooftop of The Woollen Mills was transformed into a chic summer party where premium Bonac 24 Irish Gin was officially launched. Guests including Roz Purcell and artist Maser attended the celebration, in which gin cocktails and tasty bites were shared at a unique after hours brunch.

Treats included sweet and savoury waffles, clean nachos and bacon butties,  followed by a refreshing, palate-cleansing Bonac 24 Irish gin and tonic sorbet. Besides refreshing and minty G&Ts, cocktails enjoyed included the Bonac Snapper, a gin Bloody Mary and a Gin Spritz. Tunes by DJ Daniella Moyles kept the party entertained as the sun went down.

Other party-goers included jewellery designer Chupi Sweetman-Durney, model Irma Mali and fashion stylist Brian Conway.

Bonac 24, a premium Irish gin distilled in Newtownmountkennedy, Wicklow, was created by Gavin Clifford, a 25 year old entrepreneur who took inspiration for his spirit after living in The Hamptons, or as locals call it, Bonac. His gin is a mix of American and Irish inspiration that deliver hints of citrus, mint and star anise.

Bonac 24 is available for €45 from O’Brien’s and independent off-licences nationwide, as well as in some of Ireland’s best bars and restaurants.

Below, a few social pictures from the launch, in which the glamour of The Hamptoms was evoked for an evening of music, cocktails and style.
