The Six Nations 2019 is in full swing, and this weekend we will see Ireland face off with England, in a fierce battle. The latest addition to the Dylan McGrath restaurant group did not disappoint on our latest review, and if you’re looking for a serious feed pre or post-match, this is a fantastic spot. The restaurant menu has some amazing meat dishes, ideal for sharing – 40 Day Dried Age Rib Eye with Pickled Red Onion; Double Cheese Royale Wagyu Burger with Rye Brioche and Truffle Mayo or Whole Roasted Duck with Confit Leg and Pancakes.
The cocktail bar upstairs is a relaxed space, the contemporary design mirrors the eclectic cocktail selection on offer. Here you can dine on an array of dishes while enjoying a drink. Feast on delights such as Pork Belly Bao Buns with Comté Cheese and Truffle, Hot Cured Bread with Pulled Lamb, Goats Curd and Basil; Oysters with Bonito Vinegar, White Soy and Spring Onion Oil.

The Chop House
As may have guessed from the name, this restaurant specialises in meat. They use locally sourced meat from Louth and Roscommon and are famed for their “Meat Board”, which features various cuts of beef, lamb and pork.
Here you can enjoy restaurant quality food and service in a laid back, pub-style setting. This gastropub is ideally located in Ballsbridge, for those heading to the Aviva Stadium on match day.
Enjoy the ChopHouse’s Classic Fish n’Chips; Seared King Prawns with Chilli, Lemon and Garlic Butter; Steak Sandwich with Caramelised Onions and Bérnaise Sauce or Spiced Chicken Burger with Sriracha Mayo and Twice Cooked Chips.

The newly reopened Café en Seine is certainly back with a bang. The interiors are incredibly striking and they even have a Parisian inspired garden, complete with a retractable roof for when the sun is shining. They serve delicious cocktails, which we sampled first hand on our most recent visit and they stock all your favourite beers, ciders and stouts.

Behind the bar you’ll find over 100 craft beers from across the globe, so you’ll certainly find a favourite or two.
