The Australian Embassy is Hosting a Free Pavlova Making Class this February

Thanks to the success of the free Pavlova class held at the Australian Embassy as part of the celebrations for Australia Day, they’ve decided to repeat the workshop to teach food lovers in Ireland how to perfectly make the famous dessert.

The class will take place next Thursday 8th of February 2018, at the Australian Embassy in Dublin, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and it’s a free event, but advanced booking is required.

In celebration of Australia Day, the Australian Embassy in Ireland is hosting a Pavlova cooking class to teach food lovers in Ireland how to perfectly make the famous dessert.

During the day, attendees will learn about the history and facts of this popular cake of Australian origins while discovering the secrets to master it at home. Formed by a meringue nest covered with cream and topped with fruits, the Pavlova is a fresh, colourful and appealing dessert that will bring a smile to your guests without taking half of your day to prepare.

Attendees will receive free copies of the recipe, which will also be shared on the embassy’s social media after the event.

The Australian Embassy in Ireland is located at 7th Floor, Fitzwilton House, Cumberland Road, Dublin, Ireland D2. For more information please contact simon.mamouney@dfat.gov.au
