ASADOR Turns Four and Celebrates with a Revamp and New Spring Menus

Located on Haddington Road, Dublin 4, ASADOR is Dublin’s finest BBQ restaurant. 2016 marks their fourth year in business and to celebrate they have refurbished the restaurant and introduced new seasonal menus just in time for spring.

The highlight of the new menu is undoubtedly the Galician Blond Steak. Already incredibly popular in eateries in London, ASADOR are the only restaurant in Dublin serving it. The meat originates in Northern Spain and comes from retired dairy cows. The age of the cows provides mature marbling which gives these steaks their incomparable flavour.

Chefs Josef Cervenka and Florin Vasilache will be giving the steaks the ASADOR treatment on their unique 7 foot, oak burning grill. The new spring menus make the most of the ancient method of barbecuing, enhancing the fresh, seasonal produce that is delivered daily.

In addition to the new food offerings, ASADOR now carries a new range of craft beers and cocktails that have been carefully selected to complement their new menus.

The new weekend lunch menu (€21.95 two courses, €24.95 three courses) offers a whole host of options from light bites to satisfying steaks. It also comes with a varied children’s menu and groups of four can avail of a complimentary bottle of Prosecco.

Another reason to bring your friends to ASADOR is their BBQ Sharing Platters. Chose from Meat €69 or Seafood €65 and sample all of ASADOR’s exciting dishes including Dry-Aged Steaks, Jack Daniels Sticky Ribs, Adobo Pork Chop, BBQ Hake, Gambas and Chargrilled Octopus. These sharing platters are the perfect pick for foodies who want to try a bit of everything.

ASADOR is all about great barbecued food in relaxed and comfortable surroundings which have just had a total facelift. The relaxed, sophisticated atmosphere remains, but the comfortable banquette seating is now decorated with neutral tones. The private ‘Lobster Table’ is ideal for larger groups and provides an exclusive culinary setting for any occasion.
