Aldi Irish Craft Beer Festival Celebrates the Country’s Best

Beer is at the forefront of the minds of many in October, with Oktoberfest drawing crowds looking to celebrate Germany’s finest. Here in Ireland however, we have an incredible range of craft beers being produced all over the country and Aldi’s Irish Craft Beer Festival is set to celebrate our local brews.

Celebrate the best of Irish beers and brewing at the Aldi Irish Craft beer Festival, starting in store on Sunday, 2nd October. Featuring 30 ales and beers from across the country, ranging from crisp pale ales to rich, dark stouts, there’s a range of choice to suit everyone – and from just €2.49 per bottle. Here’s to that!

From Limerick to Laois and pale ale to stout, there is a wide selection to sample. Perfect with a hearty winter warmer dinner, Monaghan’s Ulster Black Oatmeal Stout (€2.69) has a rich dark chocolate and coffee finish. For something lighter on the palate, why not sip on some Mine Head American Pale Ale (€2.99) from Waterford, filled with marmalade-like maltiness and sweet toffee notes?

After the dust has settled in Croke Park, let Dublin take on Mayo again in an All Ireland craft beer showdown by pitting the Dubs Big Hop Red (€2.49) against Westport Blonde Ale (€2.99).

All of the above and many more will be available in all Aldi stores from Sunday October 2nd, while stocks last. For more information visit www.aldi.ie
